John-Paul Safunu Banchani is a lecturer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. Since 2021, he is an associate of Democracy Without Borders and country representative in Ghana. His research interests are in the areas of of decision-making processes in international organisations, democratic governance, global governance and theories of international relations. He is passionate about promoting inclusive decision-making at the global level and the sustainable development goals.
