François is a member of the Executive Bureau of the Union of European Federalists and was chair of the Union of European Federalists-France from 2021-23. He has been an associate of Democracy Without Borders since 2018 and since 2026 serves as an advisor of the organization. As a public policy and communication specialist, he has been serving in local authorities and government departments. He studied history, geography, communication and international relations. Since 2024, he is an Associate Professor at Université Paris-Est Créteil.
