François was chair of the Union of European Federalists-France from 2021-23. He is serving on the Executive Bureau of the Union of European Federalists and has been an associate of Democracy Without Borders since 2018. As such he promotes the Campaign for a UN Parliamentary Assembly in France, among other things. As a public policy and communication specialist, he has been serving in local authorities and government departments. He studied history, geography, communication and international relations. And plays guitar quite well.
